Returns and damaged items
Contact NightBloom promptly if your order arrives damaged or materially different from the listing. Include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Fit
NightBloom Prime is designed for a standard single-gang Decora switch. Confirm your switch format before ordering.
Installation and use
Turn off circuit power before working around electrical fixtures. Do not overtighten wall-plate screws. NightBloom products contain no electronics and are not a substitute for emergency lighting.
Glow performance
Brightness and duration vary with prior light exposure, light intensity, room darkness, and time after charging.
